Social Prescriber phoned and cancelled the appointment visit as apparently they not allowed to do home visits!.
Shame as looked as it would help get me out and meeting people again, instead of being stuck here at home, were altho I keep mentioning I would like to go outside, no one acts on it...

Starting these updates again, is just starting to hit me just how little I am doing daily and how little help I receive!.
General mood is still very down, memory is not good, Eye site is not to good, bit blurry and hard to focus.
At times cant focus using my moby or Kindle.
The kindle is often on 24/7 just for company.
Still do not have any motivation to do anything at all!.
It is not because I don't have things to do, that I could possibly be getting on with.
When I do anything it tires me out so much, I am not sure, if it is worth the effort!.
