3rd September 2021 - Life n Grimes.

Evening everyone.

Today is the start of this weekends last minute planned going way with Lynne on Vincent for the weekend.

Its been so long since we have been away just for the thrill of it.

But this weekend is going to help us decide what changes we are gonna have to make for my life for the next 18 months - 3 years!.

Plus also to meet some old friends of ours that we have not net in some 10 years in some cases. Most certainly since we did the "Any Spare Change Rally. "

At times today the negative side of my fight with the Black Dog one, but I kept fighting it so as to not let Lynne and our friends down.

I loaded up Vincent during the day and picked up Lynne from Skool and she got changed and we were ready for the road.

We were on the road about an hour later than I had Planned !

With our 1st stop at Bourne for some much needed Petrol. When we arrive they had no Super unleaded (come to that none of the unleaded either!)

So we rode Vincent just that bit slower as its some 15 miles to the next petrol station on the A1 and we knew we were running low

About 5 miles short of the A1 we were on reserve.
But we know we can do some 10 miles on reserve so we knew we were ok.

We arrived at Travelodge at Alfreton about 1 hour and 40 mins later and booked in.
We had some dinner.
But we were too tired to ride over to the Wozwolf Rally (About 15 miles up the road), Plus we did not want me to do too much and ruin the weekend.

So we messaged Nell to say we arrived at Travelodge but were very tired and we will see them in the morning.

After dinner we lay down to rest and watch a bit of TV......
