Hi Me.....

I am Very subdued this morning!, After sleeping most of yesterday off!

And I am in a very dark place, were I do not want to see or do anything.

But I know I have to drag myself out to work on the transit! Otherwise it will not be ready for me to go to Scotland in a few months time. After breakie n pills, and some snappy words, I went back to bed, to try and sort myself out!
but nothing seems to be helping, so I got up and am gonna go n work on transit in the hope that that helps...

A very disappointing day, but consider just how my mental health was today and the lack of control of my waterworks, I suppose it's as good as could be!!
