23rd September 2019 - Life n Grimes.

Morning everyone.

It looks like its gonna be an unsettled day outside,

and as usual I didn't really want to get up

Dunno what it is,

but every morning is the same

Often I will go straight back to bed and sometimes I will feel better others not

Right another week is upon us,

and my mind is definitely in the wrong mind set

Again I don't know why,

or how I will get round it,

I will just have to see how we got on hour by hour

No exercise as such today,

I don't know why,

it just sorta happened that way...

In fact a bit of a disappointing day all round !!
