Hi me... Another poor nights sleep, just could not settle down and get my brain to rest!. !.

Had the nightmare again Of when we found Timothy in the ditch and how helpless I felt, not being able to help him...

So I got up and did some more work on the New WebSite.
Till the Care nurse arrived, to give me a strip wash and today she washed my hair for me.

It felt loads better after it had dried, light wavy and knot free!

Lynne and Me got into the back of the Transit after lunch, only for about an hour of sorting and tidying up, before my body let me know enough was enough!.

But as I was sitting down to watch the F1, I started to feeling dizzy, disoriented and sick, and soon headed back to bed for the rest of the day/night!

Bit pissed of with my body, but I suppose it is gonna take time! and hopefully as I get fitter, I can spend longer and more days outside doing things.

Vincent (Kawasaki VN1500 SE) is back on the radar, and if all goes well in the next week or so, will finish getting it ready for it's MOT and after a good wash n polish, I can take pics and get it listed.

And hopefully it will sell very quickly

I will be selling the bike with match front wheel to the back, for the new owner to install when he is ready.
