22nd December 2017 - Life n Grimes.

Hi Me.....Another shit night, were I spent more time sat in this chair on this bloody computer, than actually sleeping ! :( :(

Its probably just the pain that's keeping me awake,

at least I hope it is,

but then again I wonder as when the pain killers are working and I am pain free,

I still cant seem to settle down and sleep :( :(

So maybe its something else, that's causing the this, its been a long time now since my Sleep acnia machine has been in the green, or registered more than 3 hours sleep :( :(

But I have a review on the sleep acnea side in early Jan 2018, so a good chance to discuss it with my sleep acnia team :) :)

Also In January gotta another appointment at Derby Royal, hospital were I am hoping to have a serious discussion about my eating disorder and why its happens and what I can do to stop myself,

when I am not even conscious that I am doing it till I've eaten it!

Right lets move on,

once again still taking things really easy, frustrating altho it is for me,

but I gotta try and make sure I am well enough to Drive over to Emma's for Xmas day :) :)

Am really looking forward to seeing Emma and young Timmy again,

I can act all silly with Timmy and have fun at the same time,

now wheres that lovely dark chocolate :) :)

Right lets get on with today's efforts.

Lynne n me went to dr's to get my prescription,

then sat in the horrible Xmas traffic for ages, whilst going to Sainsbury's,

We did a little bit of shopping :) :) but still came to over £50.00 !

it don't seem that long ago we used to fill up one of those big deep trolleys for the same amount !

When we got back home, I started to process the over night Ebay sales and posted it.

I then rested for a few hours going thru the discos digital drive and deleting duplicates,

adding newly brought songs and getting rid of songs we no longer play :) :)

Then I went down the workshop for a few hours,

again Progress is so very slow,

but I am just happy to be down there and pottering on CBRTIM - every time I get a little bit done, gets me that nearer to being ready for the road.

That's it folks, except as usual sorting the odd cd's out ready to list later on....
