21st September 2021 - Life n Grimes.

Evening everyone.

Once again today, I managed to spend most of the day Downstairs!.

I had to phone surgery as I did not feel safe to drive!.

I explained why I had to cancel the appointment and for once I didn't feel as if I was the shit of the earth for having to cancel !

Again my mind was saying get outside into the garden, but still could not get out thru the door!.
I am not sure why this is happening, probably just down to my depression and something wrong in my brain!.

I managed to stay up till around 8pmish, when once again I was totally mentally shattered...........
