20th September 2021 - Life n Grimes.

Evening everyone.

Today I managed to spend most of the day down stairs, which made a welcome change.

At time my brain was saying I must get outside and potter around on Vincent!.

I Didn't manage that tho, As I could not get outside the door, As soon as I opened it I froze and started to shake, i tried for several minutes, but I just could not walk thru the door!

I Managed to stay downstairs till about 4.30pm, before having to retire to bed, absolutely mentally shattered...........
