20th September 2019 - Life n Grimes.

Morning everyone.

I Woke feeling loads better than I have for a long while

Just a shame that the ongoing Knee issues soon made themselves felt !

But Just over a week to go and that will be 4 months since the last injection,

so will get the appointment booked on Monday for it

After a bit of a bad week work wise, all due to health issues, I am still gonna take thing easy, but today I am gonna turn things around

Instead of doing a planned job in the afternoon,

I am gonna try and do it in the morning instead, and then , the sit down jobs inside in the afternoon

As the weather is being real kind to us at the moment, Its pretty easy to do

But the results of several days doing it will interesting to see how my Knees n back generally hold up, and whether it will lead to less time in bed resting ??

The black dog - I have pretty much got hold of at the moment,

altho he did show his head, on the 12th Sept (Tims Anniversay is the 14th) for being taken from us)

But even then it didn't have total control as sadness and a few chuckles were giving it a good battle

We were supposed to be going rallying this weekend,

but after the struggle and some days not being able to drive,

we took the hard choice, that it would be better not to risk it

A great shame as we were both looking forward not only to the rally but meeting up with some friends as well
