Afternoon everyone.

Still no change with the fight with the black dog, if anything I am reaching depths, that I did not know existed!

But today I find myself in a reflective mood, trying to answer questions as to Why, How, How can I understand, how can I help others to understand what I am going thru, but my brain just wouldn't even try to settle down to answer these questions except to say You cant answer them and start on another feeling,question

So I give up as if I cant understand myself what the fuck is going on,

how am I expected to help others to understand and help me at the same time ??

Anyway lets move on, another day similar to yesterday

All sitting down hobby's mainly and then not really enough done to show good progress for 8 hours or so
